Front Desk Concierge Service


iGuard will provide well trained and motivated concierge personnel during the designated hours. iGuard has studied the industry standards for concierge personnel and has implemented processes that ensure our clients receive services far surpassing industry norm.

We are committed to hiring, compensating and training to a higher standard than our competitors and have therefore developed a Condominium Concierge development program to address the unique needs of the Condominium and High Rise residential sector.

There is a strong emphasis on customer service and we will ensure that all assigned staff meet or exceed any necessary standards set by Property Management and The Board of Directors.


By choosing Superior Concierge PLUS+, we will provide all the services associated with our Superior Concierge, but will also provide an interactive Service-Kiosk at the front desk of your property.

The Service-Kiosk will enable residents access to services such as taxi, local restaurants, weather reports, transit information and a direct line to the concierge’s mobile phone when they are away from the desk. 

The Service-Kiosk, is an attractive touch screen device that is completely customizable to your property.
